“I personally think Kelly over rules the OC and DC on a regular basis...”

When? I never see his lips moving when they show him on TV, just a blank stare into space as if he’s composing his post game statements in his head.

Lacy frustrated

He gives his all during the game, but with guestionable quarterbacking and play calling, when does he opt out of games to concentrate on the draft?

Thanks all. National radio guys said Lane came over to Weeks and told him it was a clean play.

Weeks targeting video?

I know it wasn’t ruled targeting, but I didn’t see that part of the game. I’m wondering how close it was. Can anyone post a video?

Right down Broadway… a bunch of bachelorette parties were probably confused.

Vanderbilt fans took the goal posts away…

PJ Fleck +1500
WHY? I would say PJ is one loss away from being fired. He has lost any momentum he had a few years ago, just lost to a 2 win Purdue team and a down Illinois team. Will get a pass when he loses to tOSU, but if he loses to a down Wisconsin he should be gone. He’s a great guy and cares about his athletes, but his 1 game seasons and rah-rah slogans have worn thin.

Who are our receivers next year?

No Nabors or Thomas. Lacey?
You mean the SKOL chant that Peyton was mocking right before the Minnesota Miracle? He’s the one they really hate up here, so now that he’s gone it shouldn’t be too bad. I’m going and will be wearing my Brees jersey. This isn’t Philly so unless something really goes haywire there won’t be any trouble.
I’m guessing it’s your first time. Can’t speak for Boston, but for NYC buy the city pass. It will have all the “must see” attractions at a discount. Do a couple of walking tours too (might be on the pass as well). We did Meat Packing District, Financial District, and one other. It was great to hear about what you would ordinarily just walk by. If you want to do a broadway show you can get discount tickets Saturday morning at the TKTs booth in Times Square. Not every show is sold there, but you’ll probably find something you like. You will need to plan according to the times of tours and shows. NYC is walkable, and we didn’t find the subway too scary (a bit confusing though).

I imagine their players need to go through the same background vetting that other pledges do. The talk to your neighbors, your grade school teachers, all your relatives, …. You don’t get in unless you are spotless. Those young men just also happen to be football players. I wonder what their highest ESPN or star rating player is?
A few years ago he was everywhere. I haven’t seen him in any lately, even those with about 20 others in it.

Back in the day (early 70’s) our scout troop would always be at Tulane stadium as seating ushers in the visitor section. For the LSU game I remember a guy that had some kind of tiger costume on and he would pull out his 12 inch “greenie weenie”. I’m pretty sure it was just stuffed green fabric…

Mission accomplished! Had a great a weekend and got to 4 places. Deep Ellum, Braindead, Bitter Sisters, and Unlawful Assembly. Got adventurous and tried some variety IPA’s at Braindead and Deep Ellum, wasn’t exactly happy with the choices,,,but that’s the fun of craft breweries. Those were both good atmospheres, sitting outside on a nice sunny Saturday and the area was busy. Bitter Sisters ended up being 5 minutes from our hotel, but hard to find at night. No lighting on their signage, and a very small tap room window visible from the street..wouldn’t have found it without GPS. It was a small tap room, but ended up having a good conversation with the folks next to us at the bar and the bartender. Unlawful was probably my favorite beer, and it was in a fun environment at Legacy Food Hall. It helped that it was a busy Friday night. Wish I had had time to check out a few more.

Thanks all! With 2 suggestions each I think it will be Deep Ellum and Braindead. Deep Ellum the area itself was just becoming a thing when I lived in Big D in 86 and 87. Glad t see it is still a thing!

Any recommendations? Doesn't need to be full restaurant, but serving light food, or typically with a food truck would be good.
I follow a travel vlog couple that did the Inca Quarry Trail. They said it is different than the Inca trail. They posted a 3 part vlog of their trek. Here is a link, but if it doesn't work just go to Flying the Nest and search Machu Picchu.
