As you can see by some previous posts from the ATL, it is not like the team had to wait to taxi to the "C" concourse, as you would do on a typical Delta commercial flight. I'm sure they landed on a given runway, and were fairly quickly directed to a designated unloading portion of the airport tarmac and buses were probably waiting fairly close by.

This will be really difficult for you to comprehend:

The real world does not give a shite about alabama football.

Why sure. With nearly a 6500 ft runway Same length as Chicago's Midway runway length

We talkin about runway length and deplane time in this thread. I love this website.

The were not given an priority over other traffic. Most of the time Commercial flights are cleared over Charter flights due to on time grading. The GA FBO is located on the other side of the Airport in ATL, so it would have probably been easier to go to Concourse C, depending on Landing direction.

So now we know what Iron Muffet does for a living....he drives a fricking taxi!

Ive flown into and out of hartsfield Maynard Jackson Atlanta international airport more times than I can remember and I cannot remember deplaning on stairs from a 757 ever. The pics obviously show a bus beside the plane.... they didn’t go in the airport

They travel way faster than us normal folks. They take a bus to the airport, out to the plane and walk up the stairs, they do not even enter the airport, no bag checking, no check in procedures, no security lines, etc. It would be nice to travel like that.

Are you dumbasses really arguing over airport procedures for commercial versus charter flights?

Who gives a shite if it took 5 or 90 minutes less time to fly versus drive?

I heard they bussed to Birmingham. Went through normal security and that Saban was stopped and searched by TSA for 30 minutes. Oh and the players were seated in various seats spread among 3 regular flights.

You people forget who we are talking about. When Saban and his Baws fly into an airport the decks are cleaned and they take priority over all.
Air Force One had to circle 45 minutes while theTide landed and deplaned. We take the backseat for no one...

Commercial pilots usual starting salaries are between $18K-24K depending on what Airline and Company they work for. I bet all three live together in one apartment and use it as a crash pad.

As usual, you're wrong. As a mater of fact, one has a daughter in Auburn and son at Gulf Breeze High while another and his wife are good friends of my wife and I. The 3rd guy is divorced with his X and 2 kids living in Gulf Breeze.
By the way, my condo isn't my primary residence...do you know the name of the condos I own in?
