It's one thing to give up late home runs when battling with the batter.
It's another to just hit batters in the 9th inning. It'll always be inexplicable to me to lose in that fashion.

Thomas had already been in the game for Maxwell. Came in defensively a couple innings ago. Not sure why though.

The 2 sliders Zeldin threw for strikes 2 and 3 were filthy. Kozeal had no chance of hitting either one.
