I have. It's not uncommon for mail to arrive without one in SE Texas.

Also, College Station is about 100 miles NW of Houston. The letter could have come from virtually anywhere north of Houston or College Station and have arrived within the timeline.

First of all, I don't care if you believe me or not. I'm just telling you it's not uncommon. I get them from time to time.
Second of all, the moment I do send you a pic as proof is the same moment you call me out for lying and saying I made the letter but never sent it.

Something tells me that you never get mail staying in your moms basement and if you did, you certainly never read it or looked at the stamps since you can't read that several posters have confirmed that we have stamps that were never marked out. I have 5 envelopes sitting on my desk that have brand new stamps that I'm sure I could take off and reuse. I have mail that have no barcode on the bottom either. Just an unused stamp.
