On the non cancled stamp:
Stamps are not always canceled on non profit or presorted mail.
The USPS would require the mail to presorted (and that is one explanation of the barcode).
Hopefully this provides some clues on whoever wrote this horrible letter to Sumlin. The number of people that have access to non profit and presorted mail is much more limited than the general population.

Try this instead. Your life is such a ridiculous series of failures and disappointments that few, if any, people care about or respect your opinion. You know this and, as such, it manifests in lame attempts at "justice" against people you arbitrarily decide need to be "exposed." Sumlin strikes me as a guy better suited to focusing on one aspect of the game, rather than all that comes with being the head man. Nothing wrong with that and I am sure he will make good money as an OC/QB coach after leaving A&M. Unless this letter is fake, which I believe it is, and then his brand is seriously damaged.

ONE SEASON as a playcaller and that wasn't even a full season. He was Dino Babers' Wide Receivers coach when Slocum fired Babers in 2002 and promoted Sumlin to OC.

Not every envelope with a stamp gets cancelled. They are supposed to but a few slip
through. The barcode underneath the mailing address is printed by the post office
on the letter to help with sorting the letter properly to the correct address. The envelope
