It's terrible. However, I really don't think the race angle is here. It's a pissed off person trying to say the most hurtful thing they can
For example, if he was white he would be getting the same letter. Mine would read, "you Limp dicked coonass, you can't win. Leave or else"

Hmm, whoever did that is a pos but has a lovely handwriting and evidently maintains it in supposed fury. Aside from the words themselves, something is wrong with that.
