Not really. It’s just fun bringing it up. We actually own LSU in football. UT has a 21-10 record against them, so beating them is nothing new for UT.

1998?
Pfft...nothing compared to 2022.

No National Anthem? Communist bastard….

I always liked the AC/DC song we played before kickoff. Guess we stopped that.

Seriously. Stinchcomb should turn in his UGA credentials- no Baba O' Riley? The first few notes of that song comes on, and it is fall football season in Athens for me. Not to mention the whole stadium joining in for the chorus of Saturday Night's Alright by Elton John in pre-game is the most appropriate college football song ever.

That's true. Tennessee had that nice 10-game winning streak back in the 30s - 50s. But LSU has owned Tennessee when it has mattered this century in the SEC Championship Game. That 2001 upset with an unknown backup QB which knocked Tennessee out of the national championship game set Tennessee's program back by a significant amount. And then LSU beat them in 2007 with a backup QB again to sneak into the national championship and win it.

but LSU prefers another song that they can't sing that often

you know what song it is, and i bet you cry about it when the LSU admins don't allow the band to play it after a win.

The fact GT chose to leave is the very reason they have no right to be back in. We already have a school with high academics and shitty sports. No need for a second one.

There's no bigger LSU fan and Alumnus than me, but "Callin Baton Rouge" makes me
It's old and worn out as hell. Time to lose it.
Let "The Golden Band from Tiger Land" and those "Famous 4 Notes" be the entire focus of Pre-Game.
Maybe open up the 2nd Half with CBR for those that like it.....
I DESPISE 'Neck'
But I still love the traditional:
* Pre-Game 4 Corners Salute/Hold That Tiger
*'Hey Fightin' Tigers'
*'Fight for LSU'
*'Touchdown for LSU'
*'Tiger Rag'
and
*Louisiana Saturday Night
*Callin' Baton Rouge
*Go Tigers cheer (when LSU has ball)
*2nd down cheer
*even Two Bits

she's pretty cute, whatever her name is

Stinchcomb is one of the best guys you’ll ever meet. His little brother Jon is too. Both have done very well in their post-NFL professional endeavors and possess an endearing sense of humility.
Maybe that comes with being an offensive lineman because I really like Cole Cubelic as well. They’re both pretty grounded and self aware.

Sandstorm as a song is totally overrated. It's only up there because the crowd at SC goes wild when it plays. Mid tier as an actual song though.
They go wild because thats what mammals do when something is screeching at an intolerable level in their ears.

Is that why your women bark in people's faces at UGA home games?
