That sucks with Dominick Blaylock already unavailable. Who else does UGA have beyond Jackson and Burton?

I’m trying to jinx it

But you’re absolutely right about the reason Saban didn’t need to recruit him. They’ll have two years in a row with multiple first round picks at WR, which is insane.

I guess Saban must be "fool!" Then again it could be just you staring at your own reflection..

I'm confused, was Alabama in the same position UGA was? Why are you assuming i'm talking about Alabama? UGA needed to get a game changer in at WR. Pickens was very much worth the risk for them to take.

Alabama did not need him. They had insane depth at that position. He wouldn't be worth the risk for them.

.

"anyone saying otherwise"

Threw me off. The clarification now given, it makes sense..

So, carry on friend!

JMO but losing Pickens will be a plus in the long run.

Coach Bryant made the statement long long ago but it still rings true and even more with current crop of players

“People who are in it for their own good are individualists. They don’t share the same heartbeat that makes a team so great. A great unit, whether it be football or any organization, shares the same heartbeat.”

Dude doesn’t deserve the talent he has. It’s unreal how these guys waste their God given ability.

Everybody talks about placekickers being headcases. Lately, WRs both college AND pro seem to be worse than PKs.

Pickens is a great talent but Kirby doesn't need that shite in the locker room or sideline. It will stint at first but long run will be better for the program.

The water bottle squirt shite against Tennessee was so ducking immature.

You can only give a guy so many chances. The public has seen GT and Tenneseee imagine what has happened in private at practice.

No injury, just not happy about contributions to the team. Always a great sign.

No injury? What?

What does the rest of the statement even mean?

Please link BTW

Give source please...other than "chatter" on the interwebs.

Americus is very reliable and said he wasn't on the plane but I've heard nothing about an disciplinary issue.

He actually is coming off an injury, he didn't play in our last game either.

Pickens is going to run himself out of first round money. Immense talent but he’s been kind of a knuckle head hasn’t he?

It was actually a little bit bigger than we all thought. They have specially marked water bottles this year because of COVID and I'm pretty sure that wasn't JG's bottle. Keep in mind Pruitt got 125k fine for wearing his mask wrong.

Pickens was wearing a non contact jersey all last week and Monday. Sounds like it’s an injury.

Thanks for stealing him from Auburn, Kirby.

Wouldn’t take him over Seth Williams or Anthony Schwartz, but he would be a nice #3 for Auburn.

Fortunately for us, he didn’t come to Auburn and become the next big WR “bust” along with Trovon Reed, DeLo Benton, Kyle Davis, Nate Craig-Meyers and Duke Williams (to an extent).
