Not to mention that clear fumble where the WR tucked the ball, and took 2 steps that was called an incomplete pass. And we took a TO and they didn’t even. Look at it.
That probably would have helped LSU considering it was on the like 25 yard line.

I could see how he missed some of the calls in real time.
However when he says “we’ve seen the replay and there is nothing there folks. I’m not sure how you play DB anymore.”
“Maybe I just don’t know football.”
He looses all credibility and shows his obvious homerism. That being said it isn’t a terrible crime. Although not exactly what you want in your radio announcer.

I don't watch often because you can find it all on youtube now within hours of the games. It is fun to hear Eli call the plays though. You can tell they are done just right after games now, so the coaches don't have to come in on Sundays like it used to be.

Personally I don't have a problem with any announcer. I just don't care enough about announcers to hate them or start threads about them.

The Auburn DBs were mugging the guys all game. There should have been a lot more pass interference penalties called.

Even with high quality color photos of the interference first hand, Auburns gonna Auburn.
Your DB's are garbage. Gus' scheme, while still effective, is not as deceptive as it was 5 years ago, nor is Cam Newton running it.

Rod Bramblett is Auburn's play by play announcer. Stan is the color guy. Rod is pretty good, but you really cannot compare a play by play guy to a color guy. Stan has been good in the past, he probably just got a little emotional in this game.

They are both awful. Easily one of the worst teams in the SEC.

Agreed, I told someone the other day, if those 2 goobs on the Auburn radio network were calling Bama games I would still find them obnoxious and annoying - especially Stan White.
It is entertaining to listen to when Auburn is losing though,

So you’re saying that the refs only made calls in LSU’s favor. I watched the game with 7 CFB fans, including two former SEC players. We all thought the refs were pretty fair. I only hear Aubies bitching. How come y’all only bitch when you lose. LSU whipped AU. Let it go.

It was a shitty call. LSU fans are blowing up the picture so that they can see his hand barely touching the receiver. It was a ticky tack call. Stan was right. The refs need to let the guys play ball. Call it a melt, call it whatever. It is what it is. We lost. That's that.
