Wouldn’t make sense, he would have to sit out.

A head coach absolutely would. Especially Kiffin. See miles Brennan and CBK. Then bringing in Daniels.
It’s about winning it’s not about these 19 year old egos.
What kind of comparison is this? Myles Brennan was a 12th year senior who couldn't stay healthy, and didn't even look in shape. That wasn't burning bridges, that was about flat out needing to add a QB.
But if you're going to bring in two new guys with your starter returning, you've almost certainly given up on that starter. You don't mind running off guys who've already been there a while, who you've seen what they can do, and who have failed to get the job done, or who you don't believe are the right fit for your offense going forward. THAT is where coaches can be cutthroat. You don't see coaches running off guys they just brought in. I fully expect Dart to transfer.

Wouldn't trade either of our starters for either of theirs. Nuff said!

And? He can still transfer. He won't be playing much if any this year anyway with Sanders there so what's the difference?

There's possibly a few options that he could play with where he gets another free transfer. It's hard to imagine both him and Sanders there.

You could be correct, but he’d be taking a huge risk relying on Howard to be ready to start in 2024. Or more likely, Howard should then expect Kiffin to bring in 1 or 2 transfer QBs next year.
Well they've all made their decisions, and they'll have to live with whatever happens. It's a risky business. If Howard fails, that's on him. If Kiffin doesn't have a backup plan for if/when Howard fails, that's on Kiffin. I just don't see how Dart fits into their plans at this point.

Why transfer to not play at all when you’re a play away from starting again?
He would probably start over Howard in ‘24 too so why leave?
Who’s to say he doesn’t beat out sanders? Sanders is not all that impressive
Dart vs SEC comp —- 2,974 yards
20 TDs
11 INTs
QBR
72.9
Sanders vs Big 12
2,642 yards
17 TDs
9 INTs
QBR
71.1
Dart in his 1st year as a starter vs sanders in his 4th as a starter

Agreed. I'd be surprised if Dart stays through the spring.
He has to stay thru spring now. He can't enter the portal til after. But yeah, he's gone.

The JDcult is extremely weird. I get liking one player more than the next, but they play victims more than I've ever seen.
very strange

He can transfer at any time he wants. The portal only comes into play for the 1 time waiver which he already used.

Taking in 2 QBs says more about what the Coaches think about you as the potential starter or lack there of.
Gee, wonder why Daniels was brought in last year with Brennan, Nuss and Howard? Makes you think, doesn't it!

Sanders has one year of eligibility left. Walker wasn’t playing in 2023 in Baton Rouge anyway. This is a non-story.

This was all planned. Kiffin is making Jaxson Dart the scapegoat and going to push him out. Sanders will start. Walker will be a backup. Dart will soon be on his third school in 3 years
not sure how someone could disagree with this.. its obvious...

Only a Grad Transfer can enter at any time.

Weird to me, Dart was solid and he still has 2 years of eligibility.

Im wondering why he didn’t go to TCU honestly. Maybe there wasn’t as much interest or guarantees as he initially thought.
