But I thought Lane kiffin was the QB whisperer. Why couldn't he develop Dart? Guess he can only develop 5 star QBs...smh

its not irrelevant. But again even if he doesn't get a waiver that is not going to prevent him from leaving.

I know none of us like that he went to Ole Miss, and this seems like low hanging fruit to make fun of him... But I don't think Kiffin went after Howard, knowing he was still going to try to get Sanders, if he didn't plan on telling Dart to hit the road if he got those two. You talk about burning a bridge with Howard right after you brought him in, if that isn't the case.

A head coach absolutely would. Especially Kiffin. See miles Brennan and CBK. Then bringing in Daniels.

You could be correct, but he’d be taking a huge risk relying on Howard to be ready to start in 2024. Or more likely, Howard should then expect Kiffin to bring in 1 or 2 transfer QBs next year.

Dart will most likely transfer after the spring so Walker will be sitting at number 2 QB for one season…

Im wondering why he didn’t go to TCU honestly. Maybe there wasn’t as much interest or guarantees as he initially thought.
