Ya that's what I don't understand. If they just went with a traditional camo and got rid of the stripe down the back of the legs they wouldn't be that bad. It's the camo design I take issue with.

my first preference would be to leave the uniforms alone. however, if we're going to do this hokie crap, i'm glad we're doing it to raise money for a worthwhile charity rather than to make money for Nike (a la UGA).

Like last year's? I'm not sure those would look any better with that hamstring pattern

one time deal. they'll auction the jerseys off after the game with all proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project. we did it a couple years ago and raised about $250k.

The Wounded Warrior thing is cool and I'm glad USC is raising a lot of money for it, but damn...

The scary thing is that there is at least one person, and probably more, that looked at the design and said "wow, these look great!"

The ones last year were ugly too (albeit not as ugly as this year's) and they raised $250K in charitable sales from the jerseys alone. Overall sales of Under Armour Wounded Warrior USC apparrel raised over $2M ($2.4M, I think it was).

Even HALF that this year would be great, and for a great cause.

Ha yeah I don't know what they were thinking. It's almost as bad as Miami's tops a few years ago that looked like it had a bikini string going across the lower back.

And that is why these uniforms, as ugly as they might be, are ok. Kudos for USC for doing this and it is the only way I would want Auburn to wear a "specialty" uniform.

I'm not sure why they'd go with such a wacky design, but at least it's going to raise LOTS of money for charitable causes, and a very successful charity, I might add.

If we had any sort of traditional uniforms then I'd have to agree with you. Under Armour changed our patterns, fonts, and colors of the uniforms for ALL USC sports in order to become more marketable. Hopefully these new unis are here to stay, so they'll be "traditional." Not saying they "look" traditional, but at least we'll have some year-to-year consistency.

Wow I really missed those 3D hidden pictures. It's a sailboat on the right leg and a topless Spurrier downing canned beer on the left.

The look is a matter of opinion- but I like what they're doing in showing support for those who always have our back.
