Callin' Baton Rouge is a great song. I’m also very partial to “Knoxville is worse than Starkville and the natural beauty of Tennessee doesn’t make up for it”.

I actually didn't know Darius and the band were Gamecocks until very recently, so Hootie doesn't trigger that thought for me, but that's a badass musical alum. I heard a story time thing with them on XM recently and they were talking about how they wrote some of their early stuff sitting on their front porch in Columbia while attending school.
