Only 8 #5 seeds have ever advanced to the Final 4. 5 of them were Michigan State.

You're welcome

Illinois is arguably the hottest team in the country with experience at the guards. I think they are more of a lock than Baylor and also Tennessee is just not that good.

They can’t consistently score the ball. Defense could carry them through the first weekend, but I have them losing to Okie St. I think sweet 16 is their ceiling.

LSU is better. And IF Lsu gets it going in any game they are much better.

This is true but Bama and LSU are playing in the East region and op is asking for help in the Midwest region.

You know Rick Barnes coaches Tennessee right? You should stay far away from his teams in March. He’s made 24 NCAA tournaments as a Head Coach and has over performed his seed exactly once, while underperforming his seed ten times. His record against higher seeded teams is 1-10. He’s an awful tournament coach.

After Loyola Chicago made the final four, no picks are bad picks. This tournament is crazy

I have Tennessee losing their first game. They're one of the most overrated teams in the entire field.

OP is right. Tennessee has a good draw and that’s 90% of it.

History has shown that the Vols Men’s basketball ceiling is an Elite 8.

Loyola Chicago has won a BB National Championship back in the day. (1963)Their ceiling is much higher than Tennessee’s.

I mean, why do I give a shite if you pick the wrong teams in your bracket?

So did Wyoming, numbnuts; do you want to claim that the boys in Laramie have a higher ceiling than the myriad high-major schools that have yet to win a national title?

Unless you have Bama in as well, that makes no sense. Bama handled them

Tennessee was down 1 point with 25 seconds left and missed 2 free throws. Bama scored 4 points after that on free throws. Bama won...but they didn't "handle them" by any means.

Now that is sound reasoning.
