Duke volleyball player Rachel Richardson, who is Black, alleged that she repeatedly heard a racial slur directed at her during the Aug. 26 match from someone sitting in BYU's student section. Richardson's godmother also said the player was called a racial slur "every time she served."
BYU banned a fan from all its athletic events shortly after Richardson's allegations but has lifted the ban following its investigation, which the school says included reviewing all available video and audio recordings and contacting more than 50 people who attended the event, including some Duke athletes and staff members

What happened to that whole innocent until proven guilty, the fan should sue the school and duke player and her grandmother for slander.

Regardless, didn't they conclude the guy that was thrown out had mental issues? My goodness, this is a bunch of snowflakes running South Carolina's sports programs. Go play these guys. See who these folks really are, one way or the other. One person does not a fan base make.

I'm sure Staley will do the right thing and aplogize, then work to have the basketball games reinstated. 10s and 10s of fans will be glad when those games are added back to the schedule

I've been assured by none other than CNB that it's just women's basketball and it's not national news so why worry.
Fact is she used the university for her political platform and ended up making herself and the school look stupid. I'm sure she will have a huge apology announced any day now...

These people believe that a crazy man found magic glasses and looked into his top hat and found some stones with a new prophecy that they were to follow. They also have been some of the most racist people in american history.
