Obvious troll attempt but all points are valid, and we have no clue or basis to expect anything different outside of speculation and potential.

It’s an exiting time for Tiger Fans but if erroring on the side of caution and preferring to take the “prove it” route makes me an a-hole….. I guess I’m an a-hole.

As Tiger Fans we have the luxury to be “what have you done (for me) lately?” The issue is he’s a complete cultural overhaul kind of coach which takes time to implement. He recruits completely different than what we as fans are use too and I’m sure the same will be felt on the recruit’s end (see Bech’s recruitment comments).

Is the LSU faithful, me included, going to be patient enough and have the foresight to allow the man to come in and institute the necessary changes? I’m not very positive that will happen. Can he get the necessary personnel here amidst NCAA issues but with a wide open check book? TBD, but that sets programs back when philosophy and scheme changes occur (see 2019-2021 by year). We’ve gone through massive changes at the coordinator position over the last 4 years.

I feel it’s fair and just to have the following expectations over the next 4 years:
1st year: 8-4 reorient, reconstruct, & rebuild
2nd year: 10-2 Team should show a jump in schematic fluidity, execution, and discipline; 2 losses are close and we are competitive
3rd year: 11-1/12-0 Jim’s & Joe’s and X & O should be fully implemented. This is where you will see a fully operating BK team. Have got to be in contention for SEC Title, Howard will be a junior.
4th year: Championship run to follow if BK is successful implementing his system. This is contingent upon contrition but hey, Saban does it….why should BK be able to?

This is what’s expected and was overviewed by BK & SW. Everyone is “aligned” in expectations of Championships, so go out and get it. Don’t underestimate the SEC West, it’s beginning to look like the bloodbath it was during the 00’s. Recruiting is getting turned up to 11.

Oh oh oh, now do one for Ed O (without giving him credit for what Joe Burrow won)

Go ahead, i’ll wait.

BK doesn’t have to be a world beater, he just needs to be more competent than a shrimp boat skipper who thinks punching himself in the face at halftime makes him a great motivator.

LSU hired a coach who’s 0-2 against Saban with a margin of defeat of 73-28; 0-2 against Smart; 1-3 against Clemson’s Dabo Swinney; 0-1 in home games against Cincinnati’s Luke Fickell; 3-5 against Michigan; and 0-5 in New Year’s Six-level bowl games, plus a BCS national championship.

LSU fans probably remember Kelly from Notre Dame’s 21-17 triumph over the Tigers in the Citrus Bowl to cap the 2017 season.

That ranks as the most impressive bowl victory of Kelly’s career.

But while Kelly will find a more favorable recruiting landscape, how will a Massachusetts native who’s never coached south of Cincinnati fare going up against Alabama, Georgia, Clemson and others on the South's recruiting trail?

We have also hired Ole Miss' worst coach of all time, who had never even sniffed a New Year's Day bowl.

LSU players are 2-0 against Smart in back-to-back seasons. And LSU players are 1-2 against Saban over the last 3 years. LSU players are 1-0 against Dabo. 1-0 against Riley. Notre Dame players aren't coming with the coach.

2 other yanks you may have heard of, Nick Saban and Les Miles, were able to find a little success after moving to the south.

Saban could be a Martian Nazi and 5 stars would still go to Bama because they WIN.

Kids that can play at that level don't want to lose, ever. If you're winning, the margin of error expands exponentially.

In 48 hours, your team is playing in the SECCG against the #1 ranked team in America for a playoff spot and what many are calling a de-facto national championship game.

Yet, here you are, with LSU’s coaching hire all up in your head, writing a bunch of BS that no one is going to read. tObsession is real. tFear is real.

Yeah, you left out the fact that Nickie is 70 years old and is going to hang it up soon. Kelly will still be here.

Oh and tell Nickie he needs to cut his hair. That’s a bad look he has going on there. Kinda like mange on a dog’s arse.
