The chip producers have gotten smarter...they offer a small bag at the cost of what used to be a normal bag, and then a larger bag at a much higher cost per ounce and set back and say "gotcha"

Yes, at least 3-5 days a week I either totally eliminate carbs or at least limit them to no more than 10-15 grams. Been doing this for the past 5 years or so and at 66, my blood sugar was 68 at my wellness check.
