What it actually is: LSU hired Will Wade who pissed off some blue bloods by pulling their recruits, and those blue bloods want retribution through the NCAA. NCAA is now their whipping boy.

What is obvious is that Bama has been cheating like crazy for years. The assistant coaches go elsewhere and continue he to cheat but actually get in trouble for it. Meanwhile, the NCAA is just fine with Bama continuing the cheating with new coaches. Just don’t touch the mastermind, Nick. Can’t blemish the face of college football. With his political leanings and wealth, he probably has some corrupt connections in DC too.
