Still, there is a possibility the SEC could move the Auburn-Georgia rivalry game to early in the season starting in 2020.

SIAP

So the DSOR starts tilting in UGA's favor and all of a sudden the Aubbies wanna move the goalposts? Soooooo typical

It’s needed to change for a while, especially with the home/away rotation being the same as the Iron
Bowl.

They’re tired of 2 November losses.

Horse crap.

tDSOR is meant to be played with Red and Orange leaves on the trees and ground, just like the teams of the field.

Well when you put it this way. Obviously Greene wasn’t thinking of the leaves. I’ll DM him on Twitter.

Either way if you change home years (again) you'll still end up having to play UGA and LSU on the road every other year.

Don't worry. Coach Saban will stop this game from being moved. He enjoys playing a beat up Auburn team.

It’s called tradition, man. It’s a November game. Always has, always will be. Hope UGA and the SEC tells them to shove it.

Exactly. And auburn knows this.

They are just pissed about the contract that they gave Gus (arkansas made them look like fools).
They can't publicly cry about Gus. So they start looking for other things to cry about.

Keep this in mind for all of those who want 9 conference games. The SEC controls the conference schedule. Not your own team. Why do you want to give the conference more power to screw you and less control at your own university?

I would much rather this. Honestly though the bigger thing IMO is where it is. Even if it were a week or two earlier, that would be a lot better than a NC requiring the end of the season to be UGA (becoming a juggernaut), cupcake (yay), Alabama (gorilla with a chainsaw dick), SECCG (probably fricking UGA again), first round of the playoffs, NC. That is an insane stretch.

Our home schedule sucks on odd years.AU,UT and GT are all scheduled together since the switch.

Dont really care about the odd/even bullshite as much as moving the game to earlier in the year.

The game belongs in November and not in September.

Swap the dates of UGA-AU and UGA-UT. It's better to play cross-div games in the 1st half of the season so they're separated from a potential rematch in the SEC title game. UT needs some separation between their UGA and UF games.

It just isn’t fair. The SEC office in Birmingham makes Georgia play Auburn every year in November when LSU gets to play Florida in September. Move the SEC office to Atlanta or New Orleans.
