So since LSU did not add those 2 to the roster, is this all over ?

I have just been too jaded about college football, long before this, to really pay much attention but I thought that was what the problem was.

LSU thought about rostering them though.
That’s as good as doing it, and doing it is against the rules. So, technically, they sort of actually broke the rules without actually breaking them.
Right?

Texas sacked up and let their guy be on the roster.
Sec sat down.
Sec sat down.

To LSU? Maybe. To four other SEC teams? Sure.

Am I missing something? Hutson is ineligible by Sarkisian's own words.
"Technically today he is ineligible, not because of the ruling, because of something different when it comes to the NCAA that he's working through," Sarkisian said Monday. "But as I said before, we are respecting the SEC's decision and once he can get cleared and if he gets cleared from the NCAA, then we'll go back to the SEC and what does that look like?"
Sarkisian said he believes Hutson's case is different from the debate about NFL players returning to college because he essentially was in two tryouts but never signed a professional contract.
"He falls under a little different caveat," Sarkisian said. "We'll leave it up to the NCAA and then we'll leave it up to the SEC to determine if he's eligible to play for us or not."

Kiffin encouraged players to sue the SEC. LSU got a local judge to rule against the SEC. Kiffin is bi polar. The SEC will make an example out of them. LSU will comply or will be out of the conference. If they think this will end well for them, good luck.

Sankey's just relieved it doesn't say anything about lusting after a little boy.

LSU was enjoined with the SEC as a defendant.
You’re saying LSU encouraged a lawsuit against itself.

I too can spout nonsense and false truths. Just because you want it to be so doesn't mean it is.
