Our current two coaches are the least toxic we've had in the rivalry in probably the last 30 years.
Nutt and Croom in 2008 weren't very toxic either, mainly because Croom was a good man and Nutt just didn't care about Mississippi State.

I really want to catch the Egg Bowl this year. That is just such a huge week for football in general, though so it makes it tough.

There's some truth in that depending on who you talk to. I'll say this. I grew up in Memphis and most of my close friends growing up went to Ole Miss. I don't know really how to describe it, but they hate LSU and State differently but equally if that makes sense.

They idolize LSU. They hate MSU. LSU is what they wish they could be. MSU is who they are and who they compete/bicker with on a daily basis. There is zero truth to any of them under the age of 80 hating LSU worse. They say it but none of them mean it. They want people to think they are on a different level than they actually are

some of us have shitty neighbors unfortunately. The most recent butthurt about players transferring out and possibly looking to head to OM seems to be a lot of whining. Rumors to spread because not everything goes the dawgs way and they love to point the finger.
