you're seriously an awful poster

Funny how this was about Mullen and not Florida and I get called a shite poster by Florida fans. Y'all need to get over yourselves here. I even said kudos to Dan and your team on this previous season.
Continue the hate though.

This. Darn Marlins started the turn around at State by winning games with Chris fricking Relf. Without Mullen, Chris Relf probably looks like a worse Jordan Jefferson.

And I'm not sure what your argument is here... He's not a QB whisperer because he makes QBs look better than they really are? That doesn't make sense
He's produced two NFL starters, a Heisman winner, a NC winner in Chris Leak (who was 5'11" and was afraid to run, so I don't buy the "Mullen can only be successful with a running QB argument"), and has succeeded with studs like Chris Relf and Felipe Franks at QB. He's the QB whisperer

Agenda, in this place? Really?
This is not a serious site. It is a place to make fun of other posters, schools, coaches, players, mascots, fans and eateries.
I treat it as I see it.

Nah bro.
Im just sayin. I watch Cesar Milan the dog whisperer whisper to dogs. They dont just stay obedient to Cesar. They change their ways forever.
Most in this thread make it out that they were only good because of Mullen. Is Mullen not as good as Cesar? I guess that is what I was going for.
And yes, all of those players that were mentioned have high regards, but even like I said about Dak, he was hot hot, and now people are questioning that.
Still dont know why people get truly upset with this

Disregard whether this is true or not.
Dak was a 3* who looked like a decent TE or H-back prospect from High School. Now he's a RoY and 3 year starter for the Divisional Champ Dallas Cowboys.
In what world is Dak not considered a phenomenal success?

I was just saying that is what others are saying. I will disregard. FWIW, my son has a Dak Jersey

We all know you don't really care about an answer or the discussion and just like flinging sh1t.
But, how about this. Of the current generation of coaches out there, who has had similar success with average or below average QB's recruited on average or below average teams?
I cannot think of many coaches who have done more with less than Mullen. I am sure there are several, but not sure I can think of someone who stands out in this one regard than Mullen.

Its still funny that people get upset on here like some florida fans in this thread.
God forbid we discuss something related to the SEC on here and no one get offended.
I could start a thread about Miss State or any other school too and people would call me a shite poster and what not. Yet we have people on here doing worse trolling than this.
It was just a simple question to discuss something related instead of flaming a fanbase. I mean you, I, and everyone else knows that I could have been much more flaming in regards to Mullen.
I think some need to go back and look at my OP and see that I gave credit to Florida and really did not knock their program or Mullen at all. It was just a question and now I know the defintion of a whisperer since my fellow SEC fans explained it to me

He admitted he's still mad about the 09 game.

I will agree with this. Again, I think many are taking my OP way too seriously.

Mullen's QB rep holds a special place to MSU fans. His tenure in StarkVegas is literally THE ONLY period of quality QB play that we've ever experienced. Questioning Dak and Mullen to an MSU fan is like trying to compare Whataburger and In-N-Out with a starving guy. All we know is that his QBs were the best we ever had

How long have we argued about this for? All I ask is for proof haha. I think we will continue to agree to disagree.
Again, no hate, or obsession here.

Oh, come on, don't play the victim card here. Even UGA fans were ganging up on you in this thread. This thread was never going to start legit football discussion, and you knew that.
But, sure, Mullen having a 10-win, top ten season with Felipe Franks at QB shows he's a shitty, overrated QB coach... Or something. I'm still not sure I get the logic behind this thread
But, yeah, you're the victim when you get called out for starting a shitty troll thread, for sure
