Even if TCU loses, they still would have beaten everyone on their schedule. They have the best current strength of record, and will still get in.

God dammit, no they aren’t. TCU would just drop to 4th.

There’s no way to know that unless it happens.

I have stated from the beginning that two losses eliminates you. The regular season matters.

It is hypothetical, but I do wonder how badly TCU would have to lose to drop out of the top 4. TCU is undefeated and they deserve credit for that, but
I think they have been living on the edge in so many games.

Unless what happens? The committee putting Alabama at 6th has spoken. TCU losing to a team they’ve already beaten isn’t going to matter when they have the strongest strength of record. They might drop to 4th, that’s it, but if USC also loses, then Ohio State, already being ahead of Alabama is the next one in. That’s it, it doesn’t get any simpler.

Yes, out, and should be. When you crap the bed, you have no business even talking about being in the playoffs.

Alabama should in under NO circumstance be put above a team that has only 1 loss in the conference championship, or 1 loss ohio state

What Saban has done is something else. A letdown is 2 games lost.
