BS.. Tua and his family will make this decision. Personally I hope he goes to the NFL. I just don't understand why a team would take him first round. Tua is an excellent talent but it's absolutely a qb driven league, and no one will be able to verify his health by the draft.

Horrible idea for him to stay, medically speaking.

But LSU fans aren’t obsessed with Tua. You can tell from the 8 threads they started today.

So, here is the deal, to my knowledge, there are no high level skill position football players that have suffered an acetabular fracture of this nature, that have returned to play.
It’s an interesting test case.
Andy Murray, pro tennis player, had a partial hip replacement, I believe, and has returned to the pro tour...though with diminished success.
The replacement is not necessarily the same, in totality as a violent acetabular fracture. Moreover, pro tennis is a vastly different sport, though with similar movements.
Given he’s already had two pretty major surgeries outside of the hip in basically two years of play, he’d be a fool not to seek the pro money now.

I remember the surprise when Peyton Manning returned for his senior year. It was great for college football. I couldn’t help but be a Tennessee fan his senior year. Ironically they didn’t win a national championship until after his senior year.

According to the Rivals guys Tua and family met with Saban for 2 hours this morning and that he is going to enter the draft.

It was a freak injury but he gets hurt very easily. He will get drafted by someone who doesn’t need him right now. He needs a year or two of no contact.

Why would he hold a press conference to announce he's coming back? It seems unlike him, no? Typically, you hold a press conference to obviously announce your decision to forego your senior season and thank the coaches, fellow players, staff, and fans.

Another LSU thread about Tua
It’s insane. They’re literally playing for a championship yet all they can think about is Bama’s roster next year lol. Sad

Should LSU fans quit posting until after the championship?
You realize we don’t actually play in the games and are capable of discussing multiple topics.
Also, whether one of the best players in the league goes pro or not is a huge story. It’s worthy of discussion, and multiple threads should be expected.

I’m not. Wouldn’t be shocked if he stays, wouldn’t be shocked if he goes.

He gone! TUA changed his mind over the weekend! Bama board said it first, someone stated TUA got bad news on his hip and his controlling father is making him go pro.
A tweet just came out stating that TUA changed his mind over the weekend and will be declaring for the NFL draft.
No I have no sources just stating that what I read on Bama board is basically coming out from other sources.

He's going to be a 1st round pick. Best for him to go and start the clock on the 2nd contract.
What he will do I have no freaking idea.
