Tennessee owns the rights in the SEC. Texas can be UTw, UTA, UTx, or TU. If they wanted to be UT they should have stayed where they are.

Can't be UTA, that's university of Texas at Arlington.
UT Austin would work, the full university name is University of Texas at Austin. Whereas I don't think Knoxville is in Tennessee's official name.
