Should South Carolina change their "gamecock" name to something

that isn't referring to an illegal, immoral, disgusting practice? I was listening to 680 the fan this morning, and there was brief mention about this subject. It's my opinion that they should just be called the South Carolina Chickens. This way they aren't promoting an illegal activity, such as cockfighting.
How can South Carolina fans not be upset about this?
What if the gators were called the Florida Murderers? That surely wouldn't be acceptable. A true reflection maybe, but nonetheless unacceptable.

How about you go frick yourself.
EDIT: The only thing 680 the fan is good for, is Braves and Hawks coverage. Stinchcomb, Perry, and ESPECIALLY John and Belue are just shills.

I disagree with you on this for the most part. I do hate the Belue/kincade show. Chuck and Chernoff is very entertaining to me and are the best show on the station. Could care less about "front row". I would much rather listen to any of them than a national show though.
