Wow, the defense of Cecil is Cult like. Defending his failures to uncover a story that a FOIA request could have exposed. Defending his integrity over receiving a loan from a guy he would have to cover. Cheering him for a random tweet accusing a coach of doing exactly what his hero had been doing for years. yep. we're a cult. he's in on it. every major media outlet except for the tuscaloosa news ran the kiffin story thanks to their FOIA filings and he just refused to do it. because of the whole cult thing.

I was talking about the Dubose and Sanderson affairs. Since the University was part of the issues, a FOIA request would have broken the story. I'm sure that Cecil was too busy to chase those stories down.

I see the Cult is out early again this morning, defending their mouthpiece again. I love how they claim he is such a great journalist, but have every excuse to why he didn't cover the big stories right under his nose. This has been a great experiment on how Cult behavior works, make a comment about one of their own, and watch them come out of the woodwork.

I don't even think he's trolling; I think it's more so to do that his motive is to completely put a negative image on anything pertaining to Alabama.
I do find it funny that he's using term "cult" so frequently. If word "cult" is heard by any other fan base but AU, the instant thought is Auburn and their degenerate Bama-obsessed fan base.
