Over the last 30 years, LSU is 10-4 against Bama in the state of Alabama, and Bama is 10-3-1 against LSU in the state of Louisiana.
The visting team dominates that series since Coach Bryant retired to the tune of 20 wins, 7 losses, and 1 tie (in Baton Rouge).

If it makes you feel any better, I still remember it, and it still stings a little. Isn't that the Homecoming game where we didn't complete a single pass?

That stat didn't really hit home for me until the 04 bama game. It was the first time my dad seen us beat bama in person.

Yep that's it.
What's frustrating is we've had some games recently where we played well in t-town but can't ever come out of there with a win.
06 - 26-23 ot
08 - 27-24
10 - 23-10
12 - 33-14
I'm not gonna say this past season was "close" (I made the trip to BDS), but our defense did play well and kept us in it. However, Bama's D was even better and just shut us down. We couldn't piss a drop on offense and Bama made plays in the 2nd half.

LSU and Michigan have never played each other.
LSU hasn't lost to the PAC 12 since 1979. (all-time record vs PAC12 is 22-4.)

LSU has played A&M more than the following fellow SEC charter members: Georgia, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Auburn.

Tulane has as many SEC football championships as Kentucky, MSU, Vandy, SC, Arkansas, A&M, and Missouri combined.

Nothing shocking about that.

On election years going back to 1984 the Alabama/ LSU game has decided who wins the presidency, with Bama representing the Democrats, and LSU representing the Republicans.
