When can we expect the media outrage over these racist comments by Campbell

I give Big Earl a pass, he lives with horrible disabilities due to having given everything he had to the game.

Tom Brady is black?

He could always just identify that way.

In the context of race, Tua is Polynesian, or Samoan to be specific.

Actually, I was referencing his designation as part of the US Census.

The US Census Bureau lists the following races:
White
Black or African American
American Indian or Alaska Native
Asian
Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander

Sorry for using "Hawaiian" as short-hand for the long terminology used by the Bureau. For the sake of clarity and to ensure you understand, I will go forward using the fully listed long form of the ethnicity as per the US Census Bureau.

I haven't read through all 8 pages so it may have been said.

If he weren't black, that would be one of the most racist things I've ever seen.

if john Riggins said the opposite, He would be universally vilified and removed from the Hall of fame.

The amount of idiocy in this thread is astounding.

Texas absolutely has a problem recruiting QBs. Do you know what one thing Jameis Winston, Robert Griffin, and Johnny Manziel have in common other than their Heisman trophies? they all went on record as having wanted to QB at Texas but were told Texas was not interested in recruiting them as a QB.

Earl is clearly oversimplifying by saying black QBs, but the essense of his complaint - that Texas is refusing to recruit the top dual threat QBs that are dominating the college game and slowly changing the NFL game is absolutely true. Texas is out of date with what the QB position has become. apparently so are a lot of you.

He’s not wrong. UGA would be undefeated if they were starting Fields instead of Fromm

Texas has problems recruiting the correct QB's. They have one committed every year before the season even starts, but they suck at choosing good ones

Drew Brees,

He's from Austin, Texas area and didn't even get a sniff from UT or any other Texas school. It's crazy how many Texas HS qbs have to go out of state to play and wind up becoming really good qbs

No it isn't. There are more than a dozen Texas QB's that come out every year that are D1-worthy. Not enough schools in Texas to take them all

Except QB isn't the problem with Texas. It's a lack of defense and overall toughness with the team.

All 7-5 teams have lots of problems. If you wanna say Ehlinger is an 8-4 QB with a 6-6 Defense im not gonna argue with you. but you don't win titles with 8-4 QBs.

The effects of recruiting championship level QBs has a ripple effect for a program that you just can't get at any other position.

That really is sad. His blatant racism will reduce my enjoyment of his delicious bbq products by roughly 0.34%. (His spicy ribrub is A+.)

I'm not sure these comments are shocking or sad. In my opinion they are more ignorant and obnoxiously insulting and generally should be considered utterly unacceptable.
