Something LSU has not been able to do this decade. Heck, LSU has finished unranked 4 of the past 6 seasons.

Yep, LSU fired their 4-loss-a-year coach. Alabama gave theirs a raise.

Alabama just played for an SEC title and made the 2nd round of the playoffs. Who wouldn't give a coach a raise doing that?

LSU in general has dalton very upset. It would be interesting to know the orgin of his obsession.

I don't recall Kirby getting one, and he actually won the SEC title.

Maybe I missed it.

I'd have been pissed if BK would've got an extension after getting blown out in the SECCG, when he already had a massive, guaranteed contract. That's just stupid.

Isn't Kirby the highest paid in football? Why would he get or need one if he's already the top paid? You spin way too much, are you a heavy Twitter user too? Post like one.

It's a dumb business move, no spin needed.

I will say the same if Kiffin goes to the SECCG this year, gets blown out, wins a CFP game, then gets blown out again.

He has a massive, guaranteed contract, no need to extend him for minor success.

You did. Kirby was the highest paid coach the last few years with a buyout of over $100 million.

The fact I can plant a seed, leave it and you decide to be a bleeding vagina about something completely unrelated than the original post, two weeks after the OP - that warms my heart and makes me smile.

Well yeah I'd hope so LSU paid a shite ton to get him. What's the Deboer cost vs Kiffin? I don't even remember what his Washington buyout was but I'd guess not bad at all and didn't buyout Saban either. LSU has to be a very, very large amount more invested in Kiffin.

I'm doing my best to give you and dalton the attention you both desperately need. I don't want you guys to off yourselves or something.

I haven’t touched this thread in weeks watching you come unglued though, that was enough for me to return

It’s a beautiful day. The Derby is about to start. Don’t be a loser - step back and stop seething

So what do you think about LSU’s roster?

Diubate is on his third SEC school and has started 10 games in his career.

Do you think that is a winning roster?

January 11, 2021 was the last time Alabama won a national title in any sport.

Before that, men's golf in 2014

Congratulations on being a 1 sport school that is actively declining.

The BK buyout was a sunk cost. That was happening regardless.

If LSU fires Kiffin right now, the buyout would be around $73M

If Bama fires DeBoer right now, the buyout would be around $68M

It'll be at least 3 seasons before Kiffin is on a real hot seat at LSU, as far as expectations goes, DeBoer could literally be on one this season.

You have to give a guy time and guaranteed money to get him to your school, you shouldn't have to give him even more, 2 years in, after minimal success. That's just bad business.

I think the contract Byrne just gave him shows this isn't true.

It seems like we're all-in on KDB, so we'll see how it plays out. The major difference, so far, between KDB and BK has been that KDB improved in year 2, while BK regressed.
