Should the player be fined if they are on NIL?
Meaning you make millions and you make the conference look like we condone such things we are fining your arse for 100k

Exactly. NFL players are paid handsomely and are expected to be professionals. Well, college players are now likewise paid handsomely, so they should also be required to behave professionally as well.
If you want to be paid like a professional, then along with that should come the responsibility of being a professional.

Since players are making various levels of NIL, (one could be making millions with national brands while another is making a few thou shilling for a local fried chicken joint) how do you decide on what the fine should be?
