The bigger question: When will LSU ever have a winning record against Jimbo at TAMU?

You’re going to get them riled up in their own troll. This is going to be a long summer if LSU fans are already posting 10 daily Aggie threads.

This is really all that matters.

Jimbo is 3-2 vs LSU and .650 overall and still has a job.

Sumlin never beat LSU but was .662 overall yet he got fired.

That's up to TAMU, isn't it? But I wouldn't hold my breath hoping Jimbo and your number 1 rival just go away.

I opened the thread to reply but quickly realized this is not a serious question. And it reads like you are talking to yourself and answering your own questions.

Tiger fans apparently still have a lot of opinions about Jimbo. Y’all just cannot stop talking about him. Maybe there are unresolved feelings that need to be addressed.

Either way, I’m not going to be wasting my time arguing about feelings.

It’s already annoying the board. Hence, it’s just easier to make the trolls and troll threads early. Eventually they will just annoy everyone here, and get axed like Xwing for non stop Aggie trolling.

We all know last year was a failure and changes at OC were made. Defense looks to be very good. So why all these same troll threads on a daily basis?

Vegas (not Aggie fans) currently has A&M with the 4th best odds to win the SEC because the roster has plenty of talent.

All trolling aside, I see Aggies say this constantly.

What makes the defense "look to be very good?"

It wasn't that great last year and was frequently gashed in the running game, I get that you guys had a lot of young players who are back now so is that the reason for optimism?

Only a moron would downvote your post. It’s objectively 100% factual. Nothing more, nothing less.

Serious question

Second post in the thread just f'cks the whole thing. Not surprising it is from NFLSUcks, the biggest arsewipe on this site.

What did you get banned for? I heard it had something to do with you being a racist

All trolling aside - don’t take Aggies word for it. That’s an opinion widely held by the college football world.

But to your point, I do recall Durkin inexplicably using 3DL in obvious running situations last year. So, I’ll revise to say the defense should be good if the coordinator does his job competently. But the pieces are there to compete.

Jimbo, however, is getting paid a lot of money for very mediocre results at a program he took over when it was already doing pretty well. Poor Rumlin might have been a falling down drunk but he wasn't putting up 2-10 type seasons. A&M was in really good shape when Jimbo took over and they've slowly but surely fallen off that pace.

Not true at all. The football program was falling apart when Sumlin got fired. Recruiting had fallen off in a big way. Every season was worse the season before. Dude could build, but he couldn't maintain.

It’s easier to take when you know your grandparents and parents haven’t ever seen Aggy win shite either

Clearly not a serious question, but in case anyone actually cares to hear a serious answer, it all depends on Petrino IMO.

Jimbo's tenure has so far been defined by good to great defenses bailing out mediocre, outdated, predictable offenses.

I believe Conner Weigman is the best true QB A&M has had in a long time. And the WR corps is the best A&M has had, maybe ever.

Does Petrino still have enough tricks up his sleeve to put SEC DC's on their heels like he used to? We will see.

A&M is cringeworthy as an NCAA D1 member.

How does a major college program (one of the wealthiest in the country) go its entire existence without playing for at least one of the Big 3 mens' National Championships?

Not even a semifinal.
