It's based upon accomplishments. Arky has none.

We can't all be in the East. 4-5 losses against top 10 teams isn't exactly a good measuring stick if you're the 20-25th best team. When do we get to play Vandy?

Look, your team is really bad at football. It's ok, we're right there with you. We're just a tad bit better.

By far the best write ups I've seen. I don't how y'all were able to not duplicate a song. I'm impressed.

Losses to:
Oklahoma
Ole Miss
Georgia
Alabama

Bad loss to:
Florida

Both schedules are in the top 5 in the country and have been brutal up to this point. Fortunately for us, our schedule sets up much better the last 4 games(starting with SC).

Oh so Power Rankings are based on records now.
No, and the SECPR gave Arky the benefit of the doubt for many weeks. Playing in the toughest division in the history of footballz, only lost to ______ by one score, they "look" like a good team...that stuff just isn't gonna cut it anymore .If the Hawgs want to move up, they're going to have to start winning some of these SEC contests

What did the Arkansas voters rank Arkansas as? Just curious.

How so? We've been better than UT for a long while even while being as bad as we have been in 30 years.

It was 9-0 UT in the 4th quarter against a team that couldn't complete a forward pass.

The FG to give you the lead was after time expired and never should have counted. Similar to Kentucky.

I'm not even sour about it anymore. Just calling it what it is.
A bad loss

Is that right? I didn't think that was how power rankings worked.

Let it be known that it was not an A&M poster that voted us 6th.

In Arkansas'case, their lack of results was heavily considered this week

Very much so, though I find it very telling that you could divide it up to four groups based on the gaps.

Group A - MSU
Group B - Auburn, Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss
Group C - Georgia, Missouri, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas A&M, and South Carolina
Group D - Vandy

Poor Vandy...

Arkansas had Georgia at home and lost 45-32

Tennessee went on the road and actually BEAT South Carolina.

Sagrin has our current schedule as the hardest in the country so it isn't exactly a walk in the park we've been on. We've only played 2 more East teams than you have at this point in the season and a much tougher OOC schedule.

Time to do a schedule analysis for Ark and TN. I just did this in another thread for Auburn and Bama and was shocked when the numbers came out even. Let's see what this one looks like.

1. @Auburn (Ark)
2. @Miss St (Ark)
3. @Ole Miss (TN)
4. Bama (TN)
4. Bama (Ark)
6. @Oklahoma (TN)
7. @UGA (TN)
8. UGA (Ark)
9. UF (TN)
10. A&M (Ark)
11. @SC(TN)
12. @Texas Tech (ARK)
13. Utah St (TN)
13. Ark St (TN)
13. No. Illinios (Ark)
16. UAB (Ark)

17. Nicholl St. and UT Chatt (Wash)

Ark Avg: 8.25
TN Avg: 8.25

Damnit, they are even again...am I drunk?

You boys got Arkansas all wrong. That's the best 4-5 team in the nation hands down. They're just in the toughest division in football. They get better and better every week. I don't care how many conference losses they have, can't tell me Kentucky is better than some pig soooiee. Ain't buying it.

And yes, poor Vandy. Out on an island all by their lonesome..
