What brutal week in the SEC. We had nail-biters, we had beatdowns, and we had some games where teams just looked blazed out of their minds...very reminiscent of the 1980s (for some). So in honor of that, the SECRant Power Rankings Committee presents to tRant: Week 10 (80's Rock Edition*)

*1980s-ish

Semo and I would like to thank the Football Power Rankings Committee who created all this. It'd be impossible to do this without them. We'd also like to thank Week 8's randomly selected Guest Voters: LSU Patrick & lsufball19

Week 10 Power Rankings (Text Version)
1. Mississippi State
2. Auburn
3. Alabama
4. LSU
5. Ole Miss
6. Georgia
7. Missouri
8. Florida
t9. Kentucky
t9. Tennessee
11. Arkansas
12. Texas A&M
13. South Carolina
14. Vanderbilt

The Top5 has their shite together...6-13, not so much

Nope.

LSU jimmies shall be rustled for another 365 days after Saturday night. That sad little man deserves his week of hope.

We are going to blow out Kentucky in two weeks. They've been awful on the road, and Butch's teams are tough outs coming off bye weeks. Plus, the Dobbs factor adds a whole new dimension to our once stagnant offense.

I don't think it will be close at all. Can't wait to be the sole holder of that 9 spot.

Florida = George and Weezie?

Fish don't fry in the kitchen;
Beans don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lotta tryin'
Just to get up that hill.

Arkansas hasn't won an SEC game in something like 3 years now.

While Arky looks better to the eye, it is hard to get past 0 for 18 or whatever it is.

TN was better on the road against UGA than Arkansas was at home against UGA. Arkansas was better at home against Alabama than TN was at home against Alabama.

It's probably a push, but you have to give the nod to the team that's actually won a game or two.

Oh so Power Rankings are based on records now. Thought that's kinda the opposite of what a power ranking was. If that's the case, then Arky being ahead of South Carolina is criminal.

We can't all be in the East. 4-5 losses against top 10 teams isn't exactly a good measuring stick if you're the 20-25th best team. When do we get to play Vandy?
