I thought I read that both had gotten on board, but I only read a headline and not the article to find out what changed - them or the bill.
EDIT: I found another article. Looks like the SEC and the Big 10 got some changes including doubling the shared revenue cap to then have limits/controls on 3rd party NIL deals with conference or school partners. But this was also back in late July, and of course the Senate and Thune went on recess without doing anything.

Louisiana rules of civ pro- “ A witness, whether a party or not, who resides or is employed in this state may be subpoenaed to attend a trial or hearing wherever held in this state.”
There are 42 players/plantiffs involved in the lawsuit against the NCAA. There are multiple injunctions from around the country where no school was subpoenaed by the NCAA. Why the frick would this one be treated differently? Are you losers really going to push the whole “Kiffin made them do it” bullshite?
