Mizzous SOS next year is...175th out of 140? Teams. If they stumble at all against the only three tough games then they might have issues
As a Mizzou alumn and huge fan, I do not disagree with you, the schedule is favorable for another 10 - 2 or better season. A large number of offensive starters are returning, and the defense is replaing it holes.

It’s the recruiting overreaction that occurs every signing day. Ole Miss will a tough opponent just like this year. However, since the East and West no longer exist it will become a beauty pageant. A two loss team with a relatively easy schedule compared to the rest of the conference won’t be that attractive, it’s the same problem facing Missouri. It’s hard to make an argument that you belong if you lose the only real opponent you face all season.

How do you know who's returning from those four teams?

It will also work against you if other teams have similar records

Bama and Georgia will make playoffs no question.
With their super easy conference schedule, Texas should make the playoffs.
Ole Miss would probably be my fourth pick.

Our schedule is very easy, and we get a nice cupcake team at the end of the season to rest up for the SECCG. :)
the SECCG, the one you’ve never even come close to making?

It is a tad confusing to read posts in this forum for months how we will get punished in the SEC but now somehow there is an easy path. Not saying we didn’t land a decent first year schedule but there seems to be a bit of a contradiction.
I love college football and look forward to being a part of the best conference hands down.

Alabama, Georgia, A&M, and Oklahoma.
Will A&M even have enough scholarship athletes to field a team?

Someone asked, "How do we know who will play for all the teams?" After spring is over, we should know. We could revisit this between then and the Destin meetings.

Kind of hard not too with all the transfers and their recruiting class. It may be a one hit wonder with so many transfers but that may be the modern college football kind of like NFL or MLB.

I understand that. But with a 12 team playoff, it is posible. We'll see. Got to win one game at a time.

Look at Oklahoma's SEC schedule compared to Texas, then get back to us and let us know if you still believe this.

That is why winning 11 games is the key. It is doable.
