OU had their worst stretch???? Yall are smack arse in the middle of it. Just finished year 3 with BV with a bowl game loss to Navy.
I think it's safe to say if both TX and OU were playing sec schedules since 2020...both would be closer to the middle of the pack at best.

This is technically true, but people frequently associate decades into groups of like numbers. So the "90's" are thought of as years that look like 199x, and the year 2000 isn't normally considered part of the 90's. Using that way of grouping decades, we're pretty much halfway through the 2020's.

Actually, about two weeks shy of 5 seasons the midway point of the decade.
