I don't think anyone has to go to Oregon to realize it's better than Mississippi

I can believe that.

I would be that per capita there are more Miss State fans willing to drive 2 or 3 hours for every home game than Oregon Ducks fans willing to do the same.

It is what it is. Portland converted the former home of the AAA Beavers baseball team to a MLS soccer only facility. No real serious interest in bringing a NFL team here. Plenty of Ducks and Beavers fans around here but the passion isn't nearly on the level with the SEC and probably never will be.

Point me to these people. I haven't seen it yet. I hope the interest is high. There is nothing else to do here.

I know that NFL stadiums have individual seats rather than bleachers and I know that in terms of physical size there are quite a few that are bigger but its crazy how SC would have like the 4th largest capacity in the NFL but only 8th largest in the SEC.

So Mississippi State is going to be ahead of Ole Miss (at least temporarily) in the stadium dick measuring contest.

Their state?

You hate Mississippi so much lol

You can't help but say dumb shite like this...

quote:

And not only beat them, but pound their throats. Ole Miss struggled to beat Vanderbilt on the road, what makes anyone think the Rebels can go into Austin in front of 100,000 fans and defeat an angry Texas team who just got embarrassed by the virgin Zoobies? Ole Miss 17 Texas 34

Seriously I think you have more issues other than still being mad as frick over losing tunsil lol

Yes...

Stadium is engineered for another 22 suites in the endzone and a 7k seat upper deck, but that likely won't be done until the demand catches up.

I look for us to renovate the east side concourse soon(the west and endzone are brand new underneath). As is, there is a 10 ft elevation difference that will eventually have to be accounted for otherwise...

Expansion of the Vaught should be under way around 2015.

Fwiw after we put up our huge free jumbotron, they had to put one up, put up a pretty penny for it, misspelled "Mississippi" on the back. Had to spend a shite ton more money to take it down again to spell it right.

They made it one foot bigger than ours if I'm not mistaken. Lol

Unless it's some big secret/surprise we will not be in the 102/103 range.

Yet. There is still another endzone to go. The North End Zone will get suites at some point. You can bookmark this and get back to me later.
