Alabama gets the Shaquille O'neal and Lebron James treatment. They get zero calls because they are so dominant. Refs subconsciously try to help the smaller underdog.

All I know is Alabama lead or was 2nd in the NCAA for sacks for 3 straight years and drew virtually zero holding calls.

I watched Alabama beat LSU and the refs last year 29-0. Greedy couldn't stay with Ruggs he was too slow he held all night. They couldn't block Quinnen Williams with 2 and they still held all game .

Bama got no calls and didn't complain just dropped 600 yards on them and shut them out.

Guise, Tennessee committed 30% of its season total in penalties vs bama.

Tennessee was averaging 5 penalties a game before the bama game and then committed 13 vs bama.

Do you guys actually think that the University of Alabama has any say in where the SEC offices are, or who the officials are who call the games?

I thought is was a joke at first, but I think a lot of these people do actually think the University of Alabama is controlling the SEC. It's hilarious.

You're right. Its not hard. 10 votes and the SEC can get rid of Shaw and move the SEC HQ but they never do for some reason

This is the key point that every LSU fan seems to be too fricking stupid to grasp. The presidents at LSU, Auburn, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and the rest can get rid of Shaw any time they damn well please.

Since you asked. Yes I think they are cucks for continuing this. Its too esy to solve and get rid of this controversy. Why do you think it remains this way????

Because the "controversy" is nothing more than the paranoid ramblings of fans who have let confirmation bias turn them into huge pussies and the actual people who can make decisions dismiss these fools for what they are? I don't know, I'm just spit-balling here.

So instead of bitching about it, why don't you and the rest of your ilk get together and demand that your president grow a set and demand that Shaw be fired?

Why was there no ref help for Bama in this very crucial four-play goal line stand?

To prevent him from officiating because I am just a lowly LSU fan with no connections to the school whatsoever? I think that would be ridiculous. They are refs, not judges.

You realize that is a link the the Alabama High School Athletics Association? Prior to this year Hagan was a Sun Belt Official

Google is really helpful in conspiracy theories

It's also helpful in pointing out what clueless retards some posters are.

Last night I was going at it with two LSU retards who actually thought Burrow won a championship ring at OSU in 2014 and were giving me shite because I said Coker had a ring and Burrow didn't. Not only were they clueless about their own QB's bio, they were too fricking stupid to even Google.

What do you guys think it means that Alabama has had the 4th fewest penalties called against them when playing non-conference teams (you know, with refs from other conferences), yet, they're ranked dead last vs other conference teams (you know, with SEC refs)? What kind of sneaky ploy by the SEC officials is this? I'm going to need someone to fab up how this conspiracy is working.

How about instead of moving the goalposts as you are you look at what has been presented. NObody is saying alabama football influenced this guy or paid him off. What is said, and is obvious, is that the guy in his personal and home life has a link (and rooting interest presumably) in alabama. He should not have any influece in any way on alabama football games. This isn't difficult.

I can get behind this, with all the officials available there should be no refs involved in a game where they have ties or fandom of one of the teams. They already have a tough job making split second decisions or calls and shouldn’t have anything that could influence their decision.
You would think the SEC would try to avoid this kind of situation especially when officiating has been a point of emphasis with coaching and fan bases.

Apparently they think we're Texas.

Despite the fact that several schools could easily bring in the same or even more revenue than Alabama. Georgia, Florida and Texas A&M all come from states where the population is so much larger that their fanbases could easily be bigger. Why protect the school from the state with the 3rd smallest population in the conference when you could protect Georgia, or Florida? Texas freakin' A&M?
