I guess talent is in the eye of the beholder. If you go off the 247 composite recruit rankings, I believe Georgia's group was ranked higher than yours. Haven't checked the rest of the country, so won't make any claims in that regard.

As for TE receiving production, I'm not about to make any bold predictions until I see Jacob Eason in action as a sophomore. But I wouldn't trade our top three for any other top three that I know about.

It's believed Bama is going to run a lot of two TE sets this. The new OC is supposed to be a big TE guy. Bama is going to be better than 12th. I guarantee it.

Miller Forristall
Hale Hentges
Irv Smith
Ronnie Clark

Definitely a better group than Auburn has.

No it's not. Georgia doesn't have anybody proven behind him. Hurst is the best returning TE in the SEC and their backup had as much production as Nautu

You enjoy blowing shite out your arse. All the TE's are experienced.

Charlie Woerner So. 6'5 251 - Former 4*, 6 games Played. Can also line up outside.

Jackson Harris Jr. 6'5 247 - Former 4*, 5 games played

Jordan Davis Sr. 6'4 240 - Former 3*, 3 games played

We're legit six deep at TE, maybe eight if the two youngest guys come along.

Again, as I have contended before, I think we're able to recruit and sign TEs because of our TE history in the NFL at SC.

87 Kiel Pollard TE 6-0 240 SO Moultrie, Ga./Colquitt County

84 Kyle Markway TE 6-5 250 RS SO St. Louis, Mo./St. John Vianney

81 Hayden Hurst TE 6-5 250 JR Jacksonville, Fla./The Bolles School

82 Evan Hinson TE 6-4 240 RS FR Deltona, Fla./Deltona

3 K.C. Crosby TE 6-1 242 RS JR Bamberg, S.C./Bamberg-Ehrhardt

40 Jacob August TE 6-6 258 RS JR Columbia, S.C./Cardinal Newman/Fork Union Military

Hmmm Haden Hurst and KC Crosby are just the tip of the iceberg. We're 8 deep at TE. There's three very good TE's behind those two

Exactly. I'd say six deep and very talented ... but still.

K.C. and Hurst get all the praise and press but Pollard, Markway, Hinson ... they were highly recruited big time talents who are doing very well. August is a beast.

The beauty of K.C. and Pollard are that they are all over the place - tight, slot, wide and they'll even shift to FB at times. They are both weapons that are bad match-ups for opposing LBs.

Yeah even saying you're six deep is absurd. We are stacked with 4* TE's and a couple of others that have played and I'm not going to say we're stacked that deep. You're just being a homer at that point.

Because nfl teams can only have 53 players. It's easier to be deeper with more spots.

Except hes already proven himself in JC your list suck and you know squat about recruiting much like your head coach who just recruits fast kids to run a gimmick offense that most high schools in arkansas had figured out how to stop

I have a feeling Austin Cantrell is going to be the best TE in the SEC. The kid is a heckuva athlete. And, he has Austin Allen throwing the ball.

Hey, would you mind putting some of those high school coaches in touch with Bret Bielema? He hasn't figured it out yet apparently. They scored 56 on us last year

I'm not your dude you little adolescent frick ... and I explicitly typed, "legit six deep," which is accurate, for now.

And oh yeah, we get it ... no program is as deep as UGA at any position. I mean UGA is six deep at RB, LB, yada yada yada.

what age does adolescence end? What age do you think I am?

No, it's not, unless you count "legit six deep" as simply having 6 tight ends on your roster which I imagine you do.

Can you please C&P where I said anything of the sort? If you can I'll quit posting for a decade, thanks.

Now it's back to six???

Why would any program waste 8 scholarships on TE's?

Hurst is very good, he killed us last season. That said I wouldn't trade Isaac Nauta for anyone else in the conference.

This idiot didn't even mention Charlie Woerner who may be he most physically gifted tight end. The comment about UGA having no TE depth was also idiotic.

Either way, I can muster up enough interest to be angry about another pointless ranking.
