Bo Nix is nothing but a scrappy kid who makes plays with his feet and athleticism and ‘heart’. Can’t pass for shite. Runs 40 yards for a 5-yard TD. Typical Gus QB.

Do we know for sure that Mac's leaving?

If Mac finishes this season strong, then he will be a top 5 QB in next years draft, easily. IMHO, he is a top 2 QB. I think that his skillset will translate to the next level very nicely. He gone.

And...he has already received a masters degree in ..sports marketing? Going for another or an even higher degree?

It all depends on the scheme Beamer brings in. I think it should be Hilinski because he is by far the best passer in the room. Luke Doty isn’t ready from a pass standpoint. Hilinski isn’t exactly dual threat but he can wiggle out of pressure when needed, but Doty can break a defense with his legs. If it’s more of an air-raid style like rumored then Hilinski will start easily. Power spread then it’s up for grabs.

Mond really should go back to school for another year since it’s a loaded QB class in front him.

Corrall will be the best QB in the SEC going into next year but the media will crown UGA’s QB as the Heisman winner before the first game.

UGA situation looks much better in 2021 than 2020.

Daniels and Stet have both won a few SEC games. We have the freshman (if he returns) and Brock Vandergriff as an incoming freshman.

Impressed with Bazelak at Mizzou, could be a really good one (jmho)

He may not even win the starting job next year, Macon will give him heavy comp.

why are we going after pro-style QBs

My honest thinking is that they see this kid as Luke Del Rio. Will come in, be coachable, watch a ton of film, be an asset to the QB classroom, and if called upon to spot-start in 2 years, he can come in and light up a cupcake or give us a chance against a Big Six school.

I don't think he's being recruited to challenge for the starting job. But if he's Trask 2.0 then great.

Georgia-They really have a bad QB situation. JT Daniel is a bandage, He's good but could regress down the road. Kirby needs to find long term QB of the future.

Is this bait, or just a retarded take?

Obviously you are lacking in reading comprehension. I just checked your post on your account that you opened yesterday and half of them are knocking Texas A&M.

Why don't you either get a life, finish the 6th grade or get a job and get off of those welfare checks?

Again unless you give me a real reason? Don’t give me the the teams he played? Again I could argue Texas A&M schedule is inflated. :eyeroll:

I don't see how A&M's schedule has any impact on him?

MSU barely had enough players to field a defense.

U of SC had like 5 op outs the week before playing UGA.

Are you trying to say he hasn't had favorable match ups?

Can Lane hold on to John PLumlee for 2021?

I'm hoping for a position change this offseason. If not, Plumlee will keep holding a clipboard.

Very small. Stood next to him and he’s 3 inches shorter than my 6’. Although I see he’s listed at 6’. No way.

I love Mac, but he could walk on water and not be drafted before Lawrence and Fields.

I don't disagree, but that doesn't change my opinion. Fields is overrated as hell IMO.

Mac is going to be a lot better pro QB than Fields is. He has proven a winner in the toughest conference in country.

Nothing against Macon but there is a stud between him and Starter level baked Brady cook, it’s s big jump from high school just lobbing it up deep to reading defenses and being pinpoint accurate. Baz has shown nothing but upside this season, it’s his job to lose, that being said our QB room is all the better if Cook and Macon can push him

The NFL that spends a top 5 pick on Fields is going to be asking for their money back after year 1. No doubt he has the arm.
