I'm surprised that MSU isn't on that list. When did they beat Bama with Saban as HC? Must have been the Dak season.

Just for unranked Vanderbilt to beat DePoor’s #1 ranked Gumps in his very first year

Yet CKD has not lost to “national brand” L$u.

And Lame Kiffens is 0-5 against Bama.

Finally, it’s good to have you back. A week of grief following 9/19????
You must be a gaping PUSS!

Well, Mizzou will have to settle for beating Bear Bryant in Alabama.

Nope.

First year, 2007. Bama has the ball on the State 2 yard line, third and goal, under 10 seconds left in the half, leading 9-3. They're about to go up 12-3 or 16-3, right? Nope. John Parker Wilson throws a 100 yard pick six, and Bama goes into the locker room trailing 10-9. And they never led the rest of the game. JPW throws another INT in State territory three plays into the second half, and State scores again. Final score: 17-12.

I was there. Opening night 1975 in Birmingham.

The next day, the signboard outside Memorial Coliseum said "Only XX Days Until Basketball Season".

I did at first glance, as well.

Could be missing one, but I think the only losses Saban had AT Alabama (in Tuscaloosa) were:
UGa: 2007 (OT)
LSU: 2007, 2011(OT), 2019
ULM: 2007
AU: 2010
AGGIE: 2012
Ole Miss: 2015
Tejas: 2023 (only 2+ possession loss of the group)

I think it was Saban's first year and we still had Croom.

I assume he means Tennessee only beating Saban 1 time despite playing every year
