I see no safety. It one millimeter of the ball is out of the endzone it’s no safety. That looks clear

We know...

SEC Refs Blow Call in Auburn's favor

And what about the blown call that went in Auburn's favor in last year's Arkansas game?

Cry about it. Y'all get plenty of calls all the time

I agree with your statement… but am confused as to what the gif is for

Edit: aww I see. First glance I thought that was Penn State trying to score. I completely missed that.

At least they reviewed the play in the Ole Miss game.

That's not correct. The entire ball has to be out of the endzone to avoid the safety. Otherwise, it's breaking the plane, which is considered in the endzone.

I wonder if officials had this view during the game. I was flipping channels and drinking.

Swiiiiing and a miss. If one millimeter of the ball is on the line it's a safety.

They did but IIRC PSU snapped the next play pretty quick.

And they still got it wrong, and admitted after the game that they were wrong.

Would you feel better if they had reviewed it, made the same call and then issued a statement admitting they were wrong?

It looks like they nailed that call. The nose of the football crossed the field side edge of the goal line. The line itself is the endzone. Any grass not painted white on the field side of the goal line is in play. The nose of the football made it.

NOT A SAFETY.

There are plenty of other reasons the SEC refs frick this game up. This is not one of them.
