When MSU has a QB and a DL they have always been a tough out for us in Starkvegas. I don't expect to lose, but I assume it will be a tough game. IMO it will be the game where we find out if our OL has taken the step it needs to take to go from better than average to true contender.

Things I have taken from this thread
1) BowlJackson is gay (this was shocking...of all the people to be outed)
2) Marcus Spears continues to overrate d-lineman (what else is new?)

Those guys are good. But I'd put Auburn's d-line up against just about anyone outside of Clemson and say they are just as good.

I have a feeling Miss State doesn't come close to meeting the current expectations this year. I'll be very surprised if a new coach comes in and hits the ground running with a group of essentially over achievers.

Mississippi St fans are quickly going from being chill to annoying in less than a year.
Let's look at last year- your best game was your loss to Alabama. The only upset you had on paper was LSU and they went on to lose to Troy shortly after. You beat UMASS by nine, AR by seven, lose to OM, and absolutely throttled by teams you're attempting to compare yourself to now (AUB, UGA). Hell even A&M kicked your arse.
