you're just preying on the bad ones and middle of the road ones. You've been destroyed by the Top 3 SEC teams.

So are you saying the SEC is only 3 good teams this year?

3 very good teams, which you've been destroyed by.

Then you've picked up a whopping 4 SEC wins against mid seeded to bubble teams tourney wise.

That doesnt offset a complete and total disaster OOC. You lost to literally every team with a pulse OOC, on top of that you managed to also lose to Wyoming & Stony Brook who have NETs of 319 and 150 and are qudrant 3 and 4 losses. So you didn't just lose to every team with a pulse OOC, you also picked a couple terrible losses.

The only way in USC has is to win the SECT more than likely, your NET is in the 80s right now which isn't even close.

But just the other day you couldn’t figure out how we were 4th in conference. Now we’re beating easy teams?

Mostly, yes. But again a few wins against bubble and mid-seed SEC teams doesnt erase a half season of suck.

You guys cant sit here and say that UF is a tourney team, and maybe ole miss and MSU are NCAA tournament teams, but USC hasn't beaten anyone with a pulse when they have beaten them all.

Yes they lost to LSU, UK, UT, but they weren't supposed to win those games.

The Wyoming Loss I admit was atrocious, and OSU hurt also. Wofford is maybe the best mid major this year.

Im happy with how the team has turned it around and given themselves a shot, but man we should have been better prepared for the early season. Its hard to think youre out of the tournament in December.

South Carolina has no shot. You can try to talk yourself into this and that.

Illinois is a helliva lot better team now too. But they are 10-16. So they have no chance

The sec is not that great a conference this year and Carolina has no “wow” factor wins. At all.

It is what it is

Good gosh ... a LSU basketball snob.

I’ve seen it all now. This place never ceases to amaze.

I don't agree with this. Right now these 2 teams are on the outside looking in. They've got to close strong to get in.

lots of work left to do is putting it mildly. These teams aren't getting in.

They're solid wins, but they're not very impressive as "best wins." They don't make up for the bad overall record, bad NET, and bad losses.

South Carolina needs to get to 18 wins regular season and get a win in the SECT imo. I don't think that's impossible, but I wouldn't say it's likely.

teamrankings gives South Carolina a 17% chance of making the dance as an at-large, so again, it's not impossible, it's just not likely. Beat MSU on the road on Saturday and that gets a big bump.

If you read too much into road losses you're not going to have a good time. Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Auburn are pretty good, not great teams and shite happens on the road.

6-9 seeds lose on the road to NIT teams all the time. Doesn't make anyone overrated. I think where those teams are slated in their respective seeds right now is about right. Ole Miss may be a bit overrated but they've earned their spot.

This argument doesn’t translate to you because you don’t try to call us a shitty team while also trying to make the conference look great. We’ve butted heads, but as I’ve said before I don’t really disagree with you. Facts is facts

It’s mainly LSU fans.

We aren’t getting in the tourney unless we make it to the SECT finals and a bunch of shite goes our way everywhere else, or obviously we win the SECT.

Fair enough

Those early season losses aren't as bad as we originally thought. Wofford is really good and Stony Brook is okay.

The big problem is the record and that Wyoming loss. How did that one happen

You know

I could tell you that we had injuries and a really young team, but there’s absolutely zero excuse for it. I felt the season was over after that game, right then and there.

Yeah it was a pretty dumb thing to do. No reason to travel out to Wyoming and play that game, it's a lose lose situation and unfortunately we actually lost.
