I love LF but his performances vs Bama should keep him off the list.
So you’re cool with Pocic being on the list though? He had more than a little bit to do with those performances against Bama as well.

Hell when on the same field Derrick Henry outrushed him like 230 to 30.
Not how this works.

Cam would still dominate and everyone who has ever watched sec football knows that.
In your completely unbiased opinion, right?

That defense looks terrifying

Pretty close. Definitely not what I thought though

Separate issue but I don’t think Pocic is an all decade SEC lineman.
All decade LSU lineman sure.

So his season last year isnt taken into consideration for this all decade team?
Even if it is, his passing numbers are still better than Cam's.

It's all good. You gotta fight for your guy.

How many good seasons did cam have?

Well that award isn't a "best player" award. It's most versatile. He got that by returning kicks.
Besides, the guy only said he wasn't the number 1 option at WR on his team. Outside of their freshman year, Jarvis always had more targets and receptions.

I'd even argue that rushing yards from a QB are more impactful than passing yards
I agree. That's why Malcolm Perry is my Heisman pick.

Come on. That AU defense was sick.
You really outed yourself as not knowing anything about football or just trolling.

You guys are arguing over 2 of the greatest QB's ever to play in the SEC. It is going to take about a case of beer before you call it a draw. Which was greater? It's hard to tell. They were both in systems that maximized their individual talents. Switch places and neither would be as good.
I agree with this, i dont have a problem with arguing that Cam has a claim to the top spot. I just bristled at the notion from Auburn fan that it isnt even close. They both have a legit claim to be #1, to say otherwise is ridiculous. I personally think it should be Burrow and I am obviously biased but unlike Auburn fan I dont laugh at the notion of people saying its Cam.

I'm in the same boat. It is close and could be argued either way. I'm going with the guy who played for my team.
But there are LSU fans in here arguing the notion that it's Joe and not close.

Thoughts on the yardage and points numbers between the two years? You seemed to have missed my post on the last page
quote:quote:
Yardage and pts allowed now.
Looking only at stats of SEC teams:
2010 average offense 399.1 average defense 350.9
2019 average offense 407.6 average defense 353.9
2010 ppg for 30.9 ppg against 23.8
2019 ppg for 29.6 ppg against 21.9
So yea, that argument doesn't hold water. The yardage differences are negligible, and the 2010 teams actually scored more and allowed less points on average.
