Georgia defensive lineman London Seymour was arrested on January 29, 2026, in Athens, Georgia.

According to Athens-Clarke County jail records, he was booked on 11 counts of second-degree felony criminal property damage, related to reported damage to campus property, and was released later that night after posting bond.

The Bulldogs and university officials have not issued a public comment on the circumstances of his arrest or how it might affect his status with the team.

Seymour, a freshman and son of former NFL star Richard Seymour, appeared in one game for Georgia during the 2025 season.
