Florida State

Oklahoma State
Texas Tech
I would add go with Miami and Oklahoma State, but that's just me.

Clemson and FSU are the only worthwhile ones on there
None of the others add anything

Colorado, Kansas, North Carolina State and Virginia Tech would be the four that make competitive and TV sense.
NC State and Va Tech are SEC-like schools with big fanbases in new states.
Kansas gives us a boost to basketball pedigree and Colorado is a big TV market.
I could see the B1G raiding the ACC as well - Duke, Carolina, Georgia Tech and Florida State.

From that list I guess Clemson and Florida State but I would rather have UNC and Duke

Why NC State instead of UNC?
Dont think we could get UNC. They are pretentious and will choose the B1G. NC State is a very good cultural fit for the SEC.
I think we are headed to three conferences of 24. SEC, B1G and what's left. The third conference will take on the Big East basketball schools but only have 16 football playing schools.

Clemson and FSU (just to add more Eastern teams).

I know people dog on Miami but that area of Florida is about to explode. Makes it attractive. But, I would go with FSU and Clemson.
Of teams not on the list Vtech, ASU and NCSt would look nice paired with TTech

That is tough, because they do not add
Baylor - SEC owns state
Clemson - SEC owns state
Florida State - SEC owns state
Miami - SEC owns state
Oklahoma State - Pending SEC ownership
Texas Tech - SEC owns state

Clemson and FSU.
I prefer we go UNC and UVA or VT
Clemson and FSU add good programs but nothing in terms of revenue. And that's what this whole expansion is about, money.
North Carolina and Virginia need to be brought into the sec

For a 18-20 team SEC super conference, tv sets won't be an issue. Really, at that point geography no longer matters.

Why NC State instead of UNC?
Because as he mentioned they are more like SEC schools especially in their fan bases and game time experiences. Plus NCSU alum have a larger alum in Charlotte I believe currently which is the larger TV market. The 2nd largest is Raleigh where they are located.

This is the answer. Virginia Tech is a larger overall draw than Virginia and objectively fits the conference better while, when it comes to North Carolina, NC State is both the more realistic team (prior to the Big Ten's manifest destiny, it seemed as if UNC would be a shoe-in to join the conference) and a stronger football product with less princess syndrome when bolstered by the SEC. UNC is more popular than NC State now, sure (and always will be in basketball), but give the Wolfpack a decade in the SEC and see where the dust settles.

UNC is still the bigger product. I can understand if UNC wants the Big 10, but if the SEC has the option then UNC is a no brainer

Clemson and FSU literally add nothing from a viewership standpoint to the SEC. The SEC should target NC State and Virginia Tech.

Or just get all 4

I would do either UNC or NC State and Va Tech.

The answer is always North Carolina and Virginia. Not sure that'll happen, especially UVA, but those have to be the top SEC targets remaining.
Off of that list, probably Florida State and Clemson.
We don't want more private schools. Oklahoma isn't big enough for 2 member schools although I like OSU. Texas Tech is just too remote and doesn't bring enough.

I'ld definitely choose Clemson.
Anybody else would be FSU or Miami.
