I wonder if we will pull out the invisibility cloak to invade the island….actually, I bet our operators on the ground helping to target the strikes are already using it.
The next obvious question should be are there not enough medical graduates to fill all the residency slots?

It seems that has actually been a point of animus with the surrounding community as this will force more street parking. The whole decision appears short sighted from the admin’s perspective, especially when combined with forcing them to live on campus until they are seniors.

But that would imply there is available parking nearby to leave their car.

You’re right. She should probably just stay there over Thanksgiving. No real need or want to spend that with family

No cars for Tulane students?

Posted by Bwmdx on 3/21/26 at 7:08 pm
My daughter has been looking at schools and just came across this nugget that at Tulane freshmen, sophomore and juniors have to live on campus but not allowed to have cars? She immediately eliminated them.

But how does this work with kids that live 3 to 4 hours away and they want to go home for a weekend? It’s not feasible to fly and I’m not driving 8 hours round trip to pick up their arse.

Surely there is a work around for this.
If our politicians don’t respect us then they should fear us. Otherwise, we have no real power in this country and subservient to them.
This reminds me of Churchill’s famous speech

“we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets as long as it is M-F between the hours of 9 to 5.”
I wonder how many legs and necks were snapped with the initial upward heave
I remember reading about a Reddit thread where they were planning a commune or something of the sort and basically everyone wanted to sit around and teach or lead struggle sessions. There was one guy who piped up and said he would work crops or some other manual labor to provide for the group….1 guy who actually was going to do something to benefit them and allow them to live and they all made fun of him for it.

This is basically them in a nutshell and why everything they touch turns to shite. They are completely oblivious to what makes a society or economy work and too lazy to contribute to it because that is somehow beneath them.
Masculinity is strange to people who are pussies
Instead of the Middle East we should be concentrating on our communist neighbor to the north and failed drug state to the south
How much you want to bet that although the foundations are out of the UK, Denmark and Switzerland , the money actually originates from China and Iran.
If companies wholesale lay off people due to AI then who is left to actually buy goods? Then who would corporations and companies sell good and services too, to generate profit.

Plus, there isn’t enough profit to tax to replace wages of those lost due to AI with UBI.

I have no idea and she declined because she didn’t know either.

Well, my daughter got a pic with him over the weekend. Said he was nice but drunk and kept asking them if they wanted cheese balls.

re: UPDATE: Palantir Hacked

I read it as the hackers discovered that Palantir has been blackmailing people for the CIA and are going to hand that over to Russia and China.

Why would the hackers give it to Israel when Israel likely is the one using it and already has it?
Did he watch Frazzledrip or whatever it is supposedly called
