The stage is set for the four SEC schools that traditionally play in state ACC games.
With the remaining 10 SEC teams, set up an SEC / Big XII challenge with the following games:

1. Alabama - Oklahoma
2. LSU - Texas (game already scheduled)
3. Auburn - Oklahoma State
4. aTm - Baylor
5. State - Texas Tech ( Mike Leach bowl)
6. Arkansas - Kansas State
7. Ole Miss - TCU
8. Missouri - Kansas
9. Tennessee - West Virginia
10. Vanderbilt - Iowa State

C'mon Sankey, grow some and announce this Friday.

I wonder if they would go strongest vs strongest or mish mash it so that teams like Bama and OU don't knock each other out of the playoffs.

Tennessee is already scheduled to play Oklahoma. Plus their current winning streak is much longer than Bama’s so I’d imagine the SEC/Big12 would want the top teams to play other top teams anyway.

I think all of those would be some pretty good match ups.

Tennessee-Oklahoma already scheduled

Bama-TCU were working on week 1 deal in Dallas at one point

This could happen and these two conferences would make a shitload of money if they could pull it off

One problem, as of now. That pesky Aug 29 game Oklahoma has scheduled with Missouri St or whomever. Unless they allow 2 ooc in the Big 12 this wouldn't work. Doubt Okla cancels that game considering they just moved it. Unless forced of course. More likely schools play an instate game or one geographically close.

What? Almost every Longhorn fan wants to see that game happen in Baton Rouge. I'll be extremely bummed if that trip gets canceled bc of covid
